Tiera has strong expertise in decision-making and project work with municipalities. Proha and Tiera Oy have worked together to define the Intelli S concept for municipalities’ portfolio management needs. The starting point for the Intelli S solution implemented on the Camako solution platform has been to create a solution that is sufficient to provide a platform for municipal portfolio management to implement consistent practices and transparency. At the same time, care has been taken to ensure that the solution is not initially too large, in order to make implementation as easy as possible. <\/p>\n

Tiera offers expert assistance in building a digitalisation snapshot, as well as in defining and implementing a digitalisation management approach.<\/p>\n

Camako Intelli S as a portfolio management solution for municipalities<\/strong><\/p>\n

Proha Oy has a strong tradition in project management, project portfolio management and project cost management. The new Camako Intelli S condenses this expertise into a portfolio management package that allows municipalities to create the required number of different types of portfolios and portfolio contents to meet their needs. <\/p>\n

With different project types and project templates<\/strong>, Intelli S makes it possible to define project phases and decision points for each project type, as well as approval levels for decision points.<\/p>\n

With an up-to-date snapshot<\/strong>, Intelli S brings visibility to your project and idea portfolio, step by step. The visualisation of up-to-date information, as well as easy-to-use reporting designed for municipal decision-making, ensures that projects are progressing as planned and potential challenges are identified at an early stage. <\/p>\n

Continuous development and piloting<\/strong><\/p>\n

After a basic deployment, Intelli S offers the possibility to easily extend portfolio management to different types of projects, such as events, trade fairs or infrastructure construction. On the other hand, the project portfolio functionalities can also be extended as needed, e.g. by extending to hourly accounting and human resource management or by extending the financial management functionality in Intelli S by integrating it with the municipal financial management. <\/p>\n

The system can be piloted in phases, and after the initial deployment, Intelli S will provide real-time information on project design accuracy, costs and schedules. Real-time information supports transparency and efficient decision-making, and ensures successful optimisation of resources. <\/p>\n
